TERMS OF SERVICE

Purchasing a commission or YCH you accept that you've read Terms of Service and agree with them.USAGE RULES:
— NO DEADLINES (If you have a deadline, then I take 50% of the amount of commission)
— Private arts are accepted.+50% to the cost (you must notify before the art, otherwise the art will be public)
— I can use any picture I create to sell an art show, in print, animation and games.
— Also, I can use all photos for Patreon projects and other digital projects (However, I will not recolor your commission for other people or things like that, I respect your commission as yours, of course.).
— You will get two images:
1) For publication on the internet (1280 × 720+ pix)
2) For personal use only (3000+ × 2000+ pix)MAIN INFO:

— I work ONLY with character reference sheets, not descriptions, please
— I reserve the right to don't accept commissions, if I do not feel comfortable by any aspect.
— Payment plans available for +300€
— I will not start working on a commission/YCH before receiving full payment.
— I show the following steps:
sketch --> line and color --> final version
— I don't do fixes when work is finished: i don't take responsibility if you forgot to ask for corrections on "line and color" stage. (But you can still try to ask me if that little change I can make.)
— The Copyright of the final image will stay with me. You are allowed to use your picture for Non-Commercial use only (Upload the Web-Version to your gallery, use it as an avatar, print posters for yourself and friends etc.)!
— If you want to buy Commercial Usage Rights please ask for a quote.
— PLEASE TELL ME if you need specific image size/do it for a print. I don't work with high resolutions and usually do art only for the web.
— I don't send .psd (or other formats with layers) files for your commission.REFUNDS:
— Please, can't pay - don't buy!
— After approval of the sketch I do not return the payment!
— If you do a refund of your payment without any reasons when your commission was finished (trying to scam me) you'll be blocked. Please, respect artists!PERSONAL NOTE:
— Depending upon my schedule, health, workload and the complexity of the commission the process of work after payment may range from a few days to a few month.
— Please keep in mind that you are not alone in the queue! I follow exactly on list down.
