TERMS OF SERVICE

Purchasing a commission you accept that you've read Terms of Service and agree with them.USAGE RULES:
— NO DEADLINES (If you have a deadline, then I take 50% of the amount of commission)
— Private arts are accepted +50% to the cost (you must notify before the art, otherwise the art will be public)
— I can: use any picture I create to sell in art show, in print, animation and games. All pictures for Patreon projects and other digital projects. (However, I will not recolor your commission for other people or things like that, I respect your commission as yours, of course.)
— You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.
— The art I create cannot be used for training an AI.
— I do not refund money. (At the moment I live in a country where I can't send money. For this reason, I cannot refund money.)
— Payment is made after I confirm your form. Payment allows you to join the queue
— A fee is charged for each change. If this is a sketch, then 20 € (euros). If this is an illustration, then it costs 40 € (euros)— You will get two images:
1) For publication on the internet HD (1280 × 720 pix)
2) For personal use only 4K Ultra HD (3840 x 2160 pix)MAIN INFO:
— At the moment, main payment method is Boosty, Hipolink, EasyStart or Paypal (+10% fee)
— EUR € only
— Full prepayment
— I work ONLY with character reference sheets, not descriptions
— I reserve the right not to accept commission, if I do not feel comfortable by any aspect
— Payment plans available for +400€
— I will not start working on a commission/YCH before receiving full payment
— I show the following steps:
sketch --> line and color --> final version
The first stage is a rough sketch, it will have an approximate pose, the shapes of the main characters, an imitation of the background. The exact details will not be drawn, as this is a rough primary sketch.
After confirmation, I draw line art and flat colors, if the customer likes everything, then I draw shadows and finish the art.
When the customer received the finished work and did not see any errors, confirming that I had finished all the work. I am closing the order and will not return to work with it.
— I don't do fixes for free when work on the line and color stage or finished: I don't take responsibility if you forgot to ask for corrections on "sketch" or "line and color" stage. (If the customer saw an error after confirmation, at the stage of line art, color, shadow or finished work, then I charge a fee. If you did not see an error at the stage of confirmation, it is not my mistake.)
— The Copyright of the final image will stay with me. You are allowed to use your picture for Non-Commercial use only (Upload the Web-Version to your gallery, use it as an avatar, print posters for yourself and friends etc.)!
— If you want to buy Commercial Usage Rights please ask for a quote.
— PLEASE TELL ME if you need specific image size/do it for a print. I don't work with high resolutions and usually do art only for the web.
— I don't send .psd (or other formats with layers) files for your commission.
— Usually the time from start to finish the art takes from a week to a month, but sometimes it can take longer. The maximum period is 6 months.REFUNDS:
— Please, can't pay - don't buy!
— I do not refund money. (At the moment I live in a country where I can't send money. For this reason, I cannot refund money.)
— If you do a refund of your payment without any reasons when your commission was finished (trying to scam me) you'll be blocked. Please, respect artists!PERSONAL NOTE:
— Depending upon my schedule, health, workload and the complexity of the commission the process of work after payment may range from a few days to a few month.
— Please keep in mind that you are not alone in the queue! I follow exactly on list down.Code word for the Form: Paw
